RTG Law Group is pleased to have Martin Peters joining our office as senior associate counsel. Mr. Peters was called to the Ontario bar in 1986, following which he practiced and became a partner at Shibley Righton & McCutcheon in Toronto. Mr. Peters started his own firm in 1994 and practiced criminal law in the Toronto region until 2003, when he came back to Vancouver and was called to the British Columbia Bar.

Mr. Peters focuses on criminal law with a particular interest in dealing with homicide cases involving mentally disordered individuals. He volunteers as a supervising lawyer with the UBC Law School Legal Advice Clinic, at the Allard School of Law.
RTG Law Group is grateful to have the benefit of Mr. Peters’ advice and experience in complex criminal matters.
